Whether he’s looking at a packing process, discussing a new product or carrying out a Packaging Audit, he enjoys finding practical ways to help customers improve the way they work. Backed by the wider Penketh team, Dominic helps turn those conversations into solutions that genuinely make a difference.

Lee works with businesses across a wide range of industries, helping them find practical ways to improve the way packaging supports their operation. From decreasing unnecessary costs and improving product protection to exploring automation and bespoke packaging, he enjoys understanding each customer’s business before recommending the right solution.
By combining industry knowledge with a consultative approach, Lee works closely with customers and the wider Penketh Packaging team to develop packaging solutions that don’t just solve today’s challenges but continue to support the business as it grows.

Helen has been looking after our customers since 2008 and is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you call. With years of experience in the packaging industry, she’s always happy to answer questions, solve problems and help customers find exactly what they need. Her product knowledge, approachable nature and devotion to excellent service are just a few of the reasons so many customers continue to enjoy working with Helen year after year.

Matty is the backbone of our warehouse and keeps everything organised behind the scenes. Managing the flow of our warehouse, booking deliveries, managing stock, and ensuring orders are picked and packed without errors are part of his daily routine, and he’s the reason so many of our customers know they can rely on their packaging arriving when they need it.

Rebecca is always looking for ways to make Penketh Packaging even better. Working across the business, she helps improve the way we operate, supports our teams and drives initiatives that allow us to continue growing while delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. Her focus on continuous improvement ensures we’re always thinking ahead, investing in our people, our services and the long-term success of the business.

Toni looks after the financial side of the business, helping make certain everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her work supports the continued growth of Penketh Packaging, allowing us to invest in our people, our services and the packaging solutions we provide to customers. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, it’s an important part of ensuring we continue to deliver the reliable service our customers expect.

Andy has been a big part of the Penketh Packaging team for more than 15 years and knows our warehouse like the back of his hand. Responsible for preparing orders and managing stock in our warehouse, Andy supports deliveries and helps make sure everything is in the right place at the right time. His experience and attention to detail help keep the warehouse running smoothly, so our customers receive exactly what they’ve ordered, right on time.

Billy has been part of the Penketh Packaging team for many years and plays an important role in keeping our warehouse running efficiently. He oversees the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring every order is picked accurately, prepared with care and dispatched on time. Having built strong relationships with many of our long-standing customers over the years, Billy understands the importance of delivering a reliable service and works closely with both our warehouse and office teams to make sure every order reaches its destination exactly as it should.

With over 30 years of experience, Gordon is one of the most knowledgeable members of our warehouse team. His attention to detail and wealth of experience help keep stock organised, deliveries moving and the warehouse operating efficiently every day. Gordon’s reliability, experience and commitment to maintaining high standards make him an invaluable part of the Penketh team.

Mandi enjoys helping customers find the right packaging for their products, particularly when it comes to bespoke and custom packaging solutions. Her attention to detail, product knowledge and friendly approach make her a dependable point of contact for clients looking for something a little different. Whether it’s a straightforward enquiry or a more specialist requirement, Mandi is always happy to help customers find the right solution.

Neil supports the day-to-day running of our warehouse, helping manage deliveries, stock and general warehouse operations. Working closely with the rest of the warehouse team, he helps ensure products are organised, orders are prepared efficiently and everything is ready for dispatch. His practical, hands-on approach helps keep operations running smoothly and supports the reliable service our customers depend on.

With more than 25 years of experience in the packaging and supplies industry, Sandy brings a huge amount of knowledge to the team. Whether customers are looking for everyday essentials, sustainable alternatives or advice on the right products for the job, she’s always happy to help. Sandy enjoys building lasting relationships with customers and takes pride in providing friendly advice, practical recommendations and outstanding customer service.
